For two years I led UX and the design team, shaping the information architecture, component library, and end-to-end flows. The mission: help banks connect third-party services (KYC, card providers, AML, etc.) to core systems quickly and safely with AI.
The product combines a visual workflow builder with run monitoring and incident handling in a dark, high-contrast UI—minimal noise, clear hierarchy, and role-based access. The prototype evolved into an award-winning solution: Finovate Best of Show, Best Fintech Startup of the Year – New York, and Best of Show – Dubai.
Focus areas: fast onboarding, instant system state visibility (runs, logs, alerts), and a scalable design system.
