The brief was to combine magazine-level elegance with the practicality of a real-estate engine. I built around bold type and a disciplined grid: a three-column image hero with a confident headline; a listings page segmented by all / new / archived for instant clarity; and a property page with a left-aligned title + gallery and a right rail for details and a Book a video tour CTA—everything exactly where you need it.
The menu expands full-screen with oversized serif typography; the palette leans cream, olive and rust for a warm, mid-century feel. Powered by Framer CMS (Homes, Articles, Testimonials, Press), the template ships with modular sections, subtle micro-interactions, and a mobile experience that keeps the editorial rhythm intact.
