For the National Association of Businesses (VOSZ) we designed and built a platform that manages members and dues, plus a full invoicing module. I led the design team and contributed hands-on to UX research—stakeholder interviews, co-design workshops with members, and iterative prototyping/usability testing.
The product uses a clean left-nav layout with fast filters, status pills, bulk actions, and clear, guided forms. The invoicing module was co-created with admins and accountants: dues settings, invoice templates, reminders/overdue alerts, and exports. There’s also a lightweight CMS and role-based access. The outcome is a calmer back-office: quicker oversight of member status, fewer steps to collect dues, and a friendlier day-to-day workflow.
